"Technicians did not seal the containment for over an hour continuously while remediating mold damage after I asked them to please be more mindful considering I have severe allergies and that is what the containment is in place for. They continued to not listen and left the containment open for extended periods of time after being informed. Their negligence caused me damages and triggered severe health conditions. Scheduling is very pushy and not flexible on availability with customers and demand to come over first thing in the morning on multiple occasions after I let them know this does not work for me and refused to ask what we could compromise on…multiple times! I have been told a supervisor would reach out on multiple occasions and I still have heard nothing. Also - they leave you alone with workers that speak zero English. This is not helpful at all!"

"We discovered a leak under our refrigerator that permeated to several areas in our kitchen creating mold. Our insurance company refused to pay. Having this unexpected issue required us to have a water and mold specialist dry out and/or remove any evident mold in walls, cabinetry and flooring. We endured a week of loud blowers that generated a lot of heat. Our kitchen areas was in disarray. It was a very stressful experience and an expense that fully came out of our pocket. The only great thing to come out of all of this was the company we hired called Servpro. Julio has been outstanding throughout this entire ordeal. Always in touch with me to explain what’s going on and check the progress of moisture removal. Very careful and respectful of our home in how he arranged equipment. Other workers did a great job in sealing off the affected areas and moving things around as needed. It was a very stressful time made so much better knowing we had a professional, trustworthy company in charge of this project."

"Martin Sr. (owner) and his son are simply the best contractors I have every worked with. From the very beginning they always replied promptly to every questions and concerns (most within 10 minutes), they worked with my schedule, and did a great job to restore my kitchen after a serious leak. His workers were extremely hard working, often staying late to finish a job. I also love it that they do not nickel-and-dime you when I asked them for minor additional improvements that I thought of after the contract was already agreed. Martin could have said, "that's another $100-200" (like other contractors), but he simply said, "I will add it for free," for my bathroom light, mirrors, kitchen ceiling lights. When they were putting in recessed lighting for my kitchen ceiling, his worker Victor noticed I had an old light at a corner I didn't think of replacing, and he asked me if I wanted that done too. I said yes, and he said he'd ask Martin for me. The next morning he came with another light to put it in for me so now all the lights are the same style and look nice. His worker took the initiative to suggest the improvement, and they did not charge me extra, now that is what I think a well run company should be. Martin noticed the HOA plumber did not fix the pipe well, so he sent his own plumber (within the hour) to re-route the pipes in the wall for a proper fix, and again at no additional cost. I managed some rentals before, and had Home Depot did a similar job for a lot more money and the job, the materials were not nearly as good. Also I must commend the extremely hard working Victor and Victor (two guys, same name) who did a lot of the work. I really appreciate these guys, they are true professionals. Honestly, the best."
