Tony was very patient, informative and personable when addressing my questions including concerns I had about protecting the subtle shine on some of the tile sections when removing the calcium deposits. Tony provided an on-site visit to assess my pool rather than via text/photos which is what some of the other companies preferred to do. It was nice to have that face-to-face interaction. The calcium deposits were removed effectively and no damage was done to the tile during the process. My pool tile looks beautiful again. The team was very prompt, thorough and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would recommend them highly."
