"Rude staff, was rude to me and my mother. Instead of talking to us professionally the lady was rude and removing our items from a cart instead of letting us do it ourselves. On top of that they do not follow safety protocols. I understand it Is a laundromat but I slipped and almost fell in an area that I did not know was wet because they apparently were mopping but there was no wet floor signs anywhere. I did not have an issue with this place before until now and I think some of these machines scam you out of money, because after scanning my card it said transaction processed but nothing happened and the worker said to do it 2 more times until it finally did work. I will be checking my bank statements once I get home. I will be looking elsewhere to take my laundry. This place is the worst at customer service. As I finished my last review... I went to pull my laundry OUT AND THERE WAS A RAT in the machine..they tried to say it was from us. This was the most disgusting thing that has ever happened."
"This was my first experience I’ve ever been to the laundromat and I’d have to say it. It’s very clean and the people that work here are very helpful. This lady Rosie explained everything to me to help me understand how to use the machines altogether I give it a five star, the most amazing experience at a laundromat and I’ll tell you at first I Was like OMG I’m going to laundromat nervous but all those feelings went away once I got here!! So if your washer dryer goes out, come to the laundromat and I promise you will have an amazing experience!!!!!! Sweet"
"Town Center is the only laundromat we go to. It is always very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. There are many different size washers and plenty of dryers. I accidentally forgot a couple clothing items in the dryer. I was so grateful and surprised that they held them in the back for me. Highly recommend this location!"
"I had forgotten my bottle of laundry detergent and when I went back a week later, the office had held it in storage. I was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting it to be gone. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and the facilities are very clean. I love that it accepts credit card so I don't have to worry about coins. They have a wide variety of washer sizes and they are clean and well maintained."
