"HORRIBLE PLACE! Very disappointed in the service and integrity of the female employee. This place messed up my white pants. When I expressed the damage, they redid the cleaning. However, the damage cannot be resolved. When asked about the compensation, the employee said to talk to the owner. When I asked for the owner name, she refused to give me the name and phone number. She said she does not know the owner name, and that she is just a worker. How does that even make sense? Clearly she refused to cooperate. Beware of this place, because if they damage your stuff, they will not compensate for it and will flat out lie to you. Don’t waste your time and money with this kind of business. Pathetic service!!!!"

I brought in a large order of shirts and slacks and they were able to have my clothes ready quicker than I expected. It is a great value for the price. I will be returning here for future dry cleaning and alterations."

"I decided to take a chance on Speedy Cleaners as it is in the Costco complex and I was in a rush. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The service was phenomenal and the quality of the work they did was top notch. My shirts have never looked as crisp and clean as they do now. I really hesitated to come here because I don't generally like to try new places but I am really glad I did. I will be bringing my clothes here from now on!"

"No longer impressed. I was able to have one skirt and one jacket with a full zipper replacement. I brought a jacket to fixed with top button missing off the jacket and the back of it having a big tear. Paid for both to be fixed upfront. Picked up the jacket and noticed that the tear was incomplete. I brought it back. The button was fine. The woman asked if I poked a hole in it. I said no, the work was incomplete and they took it back to fix it. I come back to pick up the jacket, and look at it in the store. The tear is fixed, but a bottom button is missing on the jacket and the woman told me that she didn't know if I brought it in that way. I asked for them to find my button. My jacket is now missing a button. Update: They found my button and called me a week and a half. It was found and put back onto the jacket."
