"This place is expensive and they don't call when your clothes are ready. I just picked up a chiffon dress that was dirtier than I left it! It looked like they dropped it on the floor before returning it to me. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend and definitely won't be back."
"I'm a loyal fan, because they do such a great job. Very professional, kind staff, and well educated about their services and alterations (like tailoring and repairs). Open later hours than some dry cleaners, and they do handle large and specialty items. Family owned, great prices, and they also offer specials in the "local deals" coupon books mailed to surrounding homes."
