"Started going here because they were the closest to my house. In early visits I noticed newer shirts were looking frayed after visits but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Until I decided to take 2 brand new expensive cashmere sweaters here after the lady confirmed that they knew how to clean them properly. Only to pick them up looking like I had washed them myself at home. The fabric on both looked incredibly linty, like a cashmere sweater looks when you wash it improperly at home. I asked her and she blamed it on the quality of the sweater and would not take any fault for the problem, even though these were high quality designer brands costing several hundreds of dollars each. Maybe I am spoiled by cleaners from other areas I lived in the past, but I do not feel this place provides great quality. I give it 2 stars because the lady who runs it so super sweet and I kind of feel bad, but I wish I had seen a review like this before I ruined my stuff."

"This is a really great place with great service. I like that they go over everything with you so you aren't surprised by prices on odd items. (Comforters,wedding dreseses, etc.) They even go above and beyond to fix items that have tears or such at no charge. If you want a trustworthy cleaner in the Brea area this is the best."
