Swatch UTC Westfield Mall

"Kenneth & Anthony were amazing. Walked into the UTC Swatch store and was met with great hospitality. Ask me what I was looking for, how I was doing and seemed to generally care. After looking at their selection, I was able to purchase a watch. I appreciated it."

"I was in the huge UTC mall and had trouble locating the actual Swatch Store in the mall. I had been waiting for years for an official Swatch Watch store to open in Southern California. Google directions did not help. I called and asked for more exact directions as there are none in this giant mall the size of a city. Sales person was very unhelpful. Mentioned the Wells Fargo Bank that was near nothing. I turned around and left the mall. Soooooo rude why be in sales if you are not interested in helping customers find your store? I guess selling watches is not a priority."

"So today I entered with the expectations to NOT walk out with a watch because of Limited availability of Blancpain and Moonswatch. I found the place because a friend told me they had made it to SD. I walked in with a baby in a Stroller and I was greeted about halfway through the displays. There was a guy at the front and a girl toward the back counter. They finally ask if I needed help so I asked about avail of the Antartic and the Uranus Moon as they say they are both in stock. They brought out the Antartic with the "yellow" Iteration for me to try on (not what I asked for). I couldn't even try on the GREY style I came in for-she didn't offer she kept it in the box while I tried on the yellow and both associates just stared at me. Answered a question or two about power reserve on the BP but thats it!!! I would've bought the watch but the energy was terrible. I was the only one in the entire store you would think they would want to try and have a smile and show genuine interest to help. I called my wife immediately and a friend I'm like I don't even want to give them my business so UNACCEPTABLE! Not to mention I literally walk in with a 10000.00 Omega watch on my wrist "SPEEDY" which would have been great convo.. Man what is it with people? Now what Swatch store is even remotely close to do business? UGH I hate being let down by lack luster sales attempts. Saved me 2-500.00 today I guess :("

"I came to the store to have them look at my broken moon swatch with a cracked bioceramic. The manager said he had not seen that before and did not know if he could do anything. They took down my phone number and email address and said they would get back to me. Three weeks later, they never contacted me. I called and left a message, but still no response. I then contacted Swatch corporate customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. The crack did not fit into their warranty. The material is very cheap and cracked under normal wear and tear (I only had it a month). If my watch material was not defective, then Swatch sells poor quality watches for way too much money."
