"Premier Tax has helped us file our personal taxes the last couple of years. Premier Tax really makes it easy to upload all documents and they're super fast. They use a portal that you sign into to upload all documents. And you can access that portal to e-sign everything and access past tax filings and tax documents. I usually start uploading documents as soon as we have both W2s, and once I upload the last tax statement I receive (that I know of), they are about done with everything. I've communicated mostly with Melinda, their lead tax administrator. She keeps me updated via text and is always quick to answer my questions, even when it's not tax season. It's been a smooth process with them, with excellent customer service and a favorable tax return outcome. I highly recommend them for your personal tax filing needs!"

"Barry showed me nothing but the utmost respect amidst helping me resolve my tax dilemma that I was facing this year. I had unfiled tax returns from 2017 & 2018 that I knew I could no longer push off, and I was having trouble finding a reliable tax preparer. He helped me pull up my transcripts from the IRS website, and he took me through his process step by step in order to get this thing done correctly. I ended up getting a refund for those two years, so it turns out my circumstances weren’t so bad after all!
