"They are not good, period. I went in yesterday to get my watch repaired. I dropped the watch off, showing the man at the counter that I just needed the back of my watch snapped back onto my watch. If I did not have all the pieces, I would not have left the watch with them. However, not 20 minutes later after I had left the watch with them I get a call saying that the back of my watch was not in the bag that I had left with them. I was very sad because I knew that I had left all parts with them and that the watch had significant meaning to me since it was my first and only watch from my stepdad. I rushed back over to them, but when I arrived. I was only met by two Filipino men who looked at me and said "it wasn't in the bag". Then, when I proceeded to ask if they checked around the store for it, I got a lazy "Yes, but it was still not there." Then they proceeded to blame me for losing the piece by saying, "You should not have taken the back off the watch. You need special tools to get the back back on." Then they both proceed to laugh at me because I stated that I wasn't aware you needed one because this watch was a snap on timex watch so you could snap it back on if you tired hard enough but I did not want to harm my watch so that was why I had asked them to help me. Not only do I feel hurt that they did not make more of an effort to find my watch back, but they also insulted me and gaslighted me into thinking that all of the situation was my fault. All in all, don't go to them unless you want people who do not care for your watches, who will laugh at you and kick you while you are down. If I could give a negative star review, I would--awful service with awful attitudes. I know I already yelped this place, but I wanted everyone to know on all platforms how horrible this place was. Here was my experience with their work and horrible customer service."

"Over the years I have been visiting this place several times, but after last week, when they charged me $40 (forty) to remove three links from a watch bracelet, I am never coming back. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"I have been coming to this business for years to replace batteries for my watch and my parents watch. Last year the prongs on my ring needed to be replaced and the owner's brother repaired it. Today I brought it in because the prongs broke again and the owner's brother denied ever working on my ring. I told him I brought it there last year and he denied working on it. I told him then you're calling me a liar and I did bring it here. He was going to charge me $80 to repair three prongs and I told him he originally charged me $85 for four prongs. I asked for a discount but again he said he never worked on my ring. I'm no longer going to this business although the owner was always pleasant to work with. On my way home I thought maybe I don't want his brother working on my ring because he probably used cheap gold and that's why it broke again. I had the ring for over 30 years.I will take my business elsewhere and will no longer refer them."

"I've taken my watches here a couple times for battery replacement and band adjustments. Owners are great, respectable and provide excellent quality service for reasonable prices. I'll continue to support small local Filipino run businesses such as this shop."
