"I am so disappointed from this place. I almost never write a negative review, but this time I just can’t keep silent. Two times this place did a horrible job. Couple months ago I took a suit for cleaning. It had a white dot on pants, I probably could have cleaned it myself, but decided to take it there so they would clean the pants and jacket all together. I took it back after a week or so, and noticed that the same white dot was in the same spot. Since my husband had to wear it for a job, I cleaned it myself and the spot disappeared. I mean, if I could clean it, why can’t they??? Overall very poor job was done on it. But I gave them benefit of the doubt, I was like, well it’s ok, things happen and didn’t complain and didn’t write any bad review etc. Recently, I took my rag there for cleaning. They told me 2 weeks, I went back after 3 weeks, as I was out of town. The moment I had to pay for it, I decided to look and see if it was cleaned properly due to my bad experience first time. The rug was folded, I opened a little bit and it was as dirty as before. They didn’t even bother to take small pieces of dust and dirt from it, not speaking of washing it, which was supposed to be their job. I got so frustrated, and asked if they took it to be cleaned. She strangely starred at me, and didn’t say anything. They had the rug for 3 weeks. And they knew I will pick it up later; usually rugs are cleaned in 2 weeks. I mean come on, couldn’t you just take care of the job? I highly doubt that they even send my rug for cleaning. Anyway, I was mad, I didn’t pay anything. I just took the rug and left. Not worth your time and money. They are NOT PROFESSIONALS and DONT CARE! Place do your business somewhere else!!"
