"We just lost my dad, the patriarch of our family. We needed one shirt pressed. Our iron went out so we went here. Maybe I shouldn’t have expected that this business would have empathy or understanding. I went early with my son’s shirt to see if I could get it pressed. It was brand new & not worn. Still had the tags. My son was going to be a pall bearer. It meant more to him then any of us knew. He wanted to look nice and neat. In his words “represent” his grandfather because he was a great man, philanthropist, activist, civil servant. How long would it have taken to press one shirt? There wasn’t a single in that cleaners, phone not ringing. When I pulled up they were just there doing nothing because I sat in my car a few moments to take a breath. The person at the counter was so cold and uncaring about it. I asked if I could pay extra for the service and was met with a “No” as if I was imposing. We were very pressed for time. We ordered an iron to pick up at Target but I tried another cleaners about 5 minutes away. When I explained why I needed the shirt pressed they literally did it right then and there AND there were people waiting inside and outside, 2 phones ringing constantly. As busy as they were they took that brief moment to help us out & press the shirt so my son could “represent” his grandfather. Is this a complaint? I don’t know. I just know I will not use this cleaners ever. I’m just one person and know my money won’t make or break this business. The energy is not good here."

"Best dry cleaners I’ve ever been to. Everything comes out perfect and on time. I recently moved to Long Beach and though I’ve been to other dry cleaners - none of them do nearly as good of a job as this couple. I drive all the way to Lawndale for them to do my cleaning. This is a gem of a place and I highly recommend."
