"I brought in a tie that had a stain on it and when I picked it up and paid noticed that the stain was still there. I mentioned this to the guy there and he told me they couldn't scrub the material because it might damage it. Then why did you charge me and why didn't you tell me that when I brought it in! Absolutely terrible terrible place."
