"They completely destroyed our Pottery Barn Faux Fir blanket. It went from being soft to all matted. We specifically told them to dry clean it but I think they just did a normal wash. When I confronted the owner she tried to claim we dropped it off like that. I think I know what my own blanket looked like. Now I have to spend $200 to buy a new one. I wouldn't trust them with your garments, they'll lie to avoid blame."
