"The lavanderia is large and has the potential to be a really nice place to do laundry. The only downside is fully grown adults who do not clean up after themselves and are not courteous and mindful of other customers who need to use the equipment after them. The intentional littering, carelessness of other peoples property is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS ! People who seem to care little about themselves, their very own neighbors , other peoples comfort doing this chore or mindful of others peoples property. I observed one attendant pick up dryer sheets 6 times for 1 customer and the woman kept tossing it on the floor intentionally it seemed trying to have her area untidy and a slipping hazzard for others. She intentionally placed the dryer sheets inside the dryer . Now why leave a mess all over the floor for others to slip and fall ? How does she not learn at some point that the floor is not a darn trash can . The lack of laundromat etiquette and a sense of entitlement to be slob just because you can get away with it , is the root problem here. The unwillingness to try to do what is right and clean up after yourself. That is what makes it a not so pleasant wash experience at times . It would be more pleasant for everyone else coming along if all customers would clean up when they mess something up . Otherwise still the place is much better than other locations i've washed in. Mindful , educated, cultured , refined ,caring customers make life more pleasant for everyone . The ones who don't care bring along great misery to those unfortunate ones whom are without laundry equipment and we all suffer for it . There is no excuse for a laundromat to be a dirty mess when customers know full well others will need to use the equipment after them and they should clean up after themselves and not behave in a public establishment like a pig. I have washed in laundromats for almost 60 years and I have never left any establishment a mess when I was through with my laundry or wherever i go in society . I already know others will need to use the machines after me so i dont act like a pig and pay attention to what i am doing .The next customer can go right up to the machine or folding table and tend to their laundry. No having to clean up some mess that I left behind because I was too lazy , careless and inconsiderate to clean up after myself and leave it nice and in good order for the next customer to use . If the customers are doing this littering , sloppy, disgraceful behavior here , rest assured they are behaving in the very same littering , careless, entitled , outrageous way every place they go and visit . Just sit and observe for yourself."

"Tall African American man has no respect to customers literally lecturing me about fibbing when I was with my uncle washing couldn’t get quarters from now on people go to the bank bc his machine can’t give out quarters unless your customers when he is literally not paying for it"

"The tall dark skin guy is the most terrible person. He has no respect towards people especially when someone needs help and it's his job to help out, not get mad at people for needing help. I'm going to stop going there for that one reason. He's also very rude to little kids! Almost made my little sister cry."

"I remember coming here when this place first opened, it was affordable and worth it. I used washer #24 and the time changed so quickly, went from 10mins to 5mins in a blink of an eye. Anytime we report it they claim we are lying. Washing and drying isn’t worth it here anymore. I used to be able to dry my clothes with a quarter which would give me 12 minutes. Now a quarter gives me 6 minutes on the big dryers, it now takes me a $1 to dry my clothes. I suggest going somewhere else."

"I really love this place! Staff is always helpful/nice & working hard to keep it clean. New machines, clean bathroom/tables/facility. The only thing id that its kind of hard to get in on the weekend & peak hours during the week...but you guys being "too busy" sometimes just means that you did something right & you'll be here for a long time to come...congrats on the successful neighborhood business...keep up the good work!"
