"On the 31st of January or 1st of February 2024 who ever worked that day are incompetent in market prices not mentioning overall characters. It is irresponsible to give $100 for an iphone 12 mini (64gb) in a great condition, unlocked, with charger that costs no less then $250 on every platform today. I'm a student and my parents lives overseas, this phone was the only means to connect with them and be able to send them support as well receiving it back. When you meet someone who don't know about your business and just happened to have their college checks delayed because of the department's mistake and needed extra $100 for a week you don't take advantage of that person (usually). In this case, your employees at that particular day either are incompetent or they saw the opportunity to make extra dollar because of my situation. I don't mind you making money on me but I said in the begging I will pay you what ever price you put on it after 7 days when I come back. And the only reason was that to loan this great phone you offered $50 which is ridiculous. No phone in this category cost this much and it wouldn't last me 7 days until the paycheck came. I agreed for 'selling' it for $100 in an arrangement that I will come back to pick it up on the 8th of February. You told me stories like it will take you months to make money on it and most likely no one will buy it within the first 7 days. First of all when I came on the 8th of February in the afternoon you sold it that very morning. And second, I found out you gave it away for $170 which is no wonder it went so fast. You have no decency whatsoever, who ever offered me that money and telling stories about how cheap they are on the market: selling it fast because it was underpriced and telling I should have called when I didn't have a phone. As a result, not only I am not able to find anything near that price to buy on the market, it caused me a great deal of unnecessary suffering. Only 20 days later I was able to find an iphone 7 for $120 that would work with an international sim card to be able to contact my parents. You have no idea what does it mean to have no car or a phone to connect for 20 days in the area like San Bernardino valley. The only reason I choose your business is because it is full of positive reviews and decent overall impression. On the practical side whoever worked that day and though all of this was appropriate and do business this way are incompetent. Writing this review will not bring back all of the time I spent and expense related but I hope the owner of this business will pay attention to it and decides either it is a right way to conduct the business."
