"A collection of individual vendors. Some were nicer than others, while some were afraid and couldn’t stop gossiping when I took pictures inside the store. Better leave them alone ;) No items have price tags but some are quite pricy. A pair of jade earring was $1400 USD, which look like one worth 500 CNY. So one could possibly book a round trip flight to China, get the earring, and still spend less."

"Glenn is a fantastic jeweler and I purchased 2 wedding rings from him. It's been over 20 years so I'm not sure they are still in business but would love to purchase another ring through him."

"INCOMPETENCE: I took two watches that were in operating condition except for needing new batteries to this shop. I asked for the batteries to be replaced. When the watches were brought back to me, one had the stem used to adjust the time and date jammed in place and immovable. I was informed the other watch would not work even with a new battery. The second watch was given to me with the back cover taped to the watch because the cover would not reattach. So I took the watches to a store down the street called Jewelry Repair Newport Beach. The owner/operator is Swiss trained. He quickly diagnosed the problems caused by the Tustin Jewelry Mart and fixed them for a reasonable price. Moral of the story: Don’t take a watch to the Tustin Jewelry Mart for battery replacement or repair. My experience is they don’t know what they are doing and may well break what isn’t broken."

"I brought 4 pieces in to be appraised, the clerk spent about 10 minutes looking at them followed by a quick "you have nothing." no mask 2 feet away, indicated he would like to dispose for us. After we indicated we would like our jewelery back he acted shocked and yelled as we walked out "the small broken one might be real". When we went elsewhere we found we had one large Stirling silver ring, small gold plated, and a diamond worth 50$"

"I had a semi mount purchased from this establishment, My own stone was .42pts and set in this beautiful semi mount, unfortunately the weld holding the head with the stone sheared off and I lost the stone, it was not insured (my fault) the stone was purchased in 1989 I was devastated and they didn't care nor did they have any compassion. all they care is selling selling to make money, we went back to purchase a channel set ring to have it welded to a semi mount ring that I had a diamond set in. the ring I ended up with the channel set diamonds are smaller and do not match the one with the stone. My husband said that he would not spend more than $250.00 total. this salesman was the worst he jacked up the price just to get commission. When I asked to have the two bands be welded together he said oh no you don't want that the channel set band would protect the band with the stone. I have been a customer for 6 years but never again he refused to do what I wanted. If you are going to spend your hard earned money spend it elsewhere they are all about making money on shoddy workmanship. stay away they don't care, If I could give them minus star rating I would give them a minus 100 stars. we drove over 2.5 hrs to get there and was treated badly. and walked away with something I was unhappy with. And I am afraid of their shoddy workmanship. and I am embarrassed to show or wear my rings they do not match and that is unfortunate that I cannot enjoy them.."
