"Horrible sales service. Poor customer service. They ignored us. I spoke with another friend who has been here and said they had to leave because they are rude to anyone who doesn't "look rich." We were serious about getting help but a poor attitude doesn't help. Sales lady and the manager were not friendly. Will tell everyone not to come here."

"If I could put 0 stars, I would. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I came in to place a special order for a watch bracelet you can only get at an AD. I paid in advance and was told that it'd be ready for pick up within 2 weeks. Ok, no problem. After 3 weeks, I had to call them only to find out it arrived a week after I place the order. They never bothered to call/text me. I arrive to pick up, only to realize they ordered the wrong bracelet. I'm now going on 3 months without my bracelet. I've called numerous times for a status update to no avail. Now I'm requesting a refund and they're giving a hard time. So I demanded to speak to the manager who finally authorized a refund. Don't be fooled by the wide selection of brands and the inventory on display. They lack basic sales and interaction abilities, which make for a really bad experience. They are not familiar with their products. They don't offer welcoming hospitality. They don't show interest in engaging you. They clearly get bothered when asked questions. If they don't know the answer to something, they don't even attempt to get the information. It's absurd. DO NOT SHOP HERE, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. Drive a little bit further if you have to, especially if you want a good experience when shopping for high-priced items."

"Never come to this store to buy gold. You won’t be refunded or exchanged. The store clerk doesn’t even know the basic gold market rate. When you ask her how much one gram of gold costs, they will just prevaricate you and say they have no comment. And when you go to the store clerk or manager to coordinate after purchasing, they ignore you at all and always try to avoid the problem instead of solving it. All in all, stay away from this store."

The day that I purchased this item, I felt like that I got the full experience of buying a luxury watch. When I arrived, Steven sat me down at a specific table. He presented the watch to me along with its warranty card, a fresh water bottle, and a gift bag filled with a GS hat and brochures. Then Steven resized the watch band for my wrist and he explained the service protocol for GS. We shook hands and parted company. I highly recommend Chong Hing Jewelers."
