"Chong Hing Jewelers specifically Peggy, has been the best AD for my Grand Seiko and Omega needs. Each time I came into the store I spent hours talking going over different brands all while Peggy smiled and kindly pulled out multiple watches for me to admire and eventually fall in love with. I never felt pressured or a burden to her. I also bought my wife a watch for Christmas, which Peggy hunted down from her distributor. She has an energy about her that keeps you on your toes. I can't complete this review without mentioning Alex. Humble beginnings make for genuine appreciation."

"Honestly, this was one of the more disappointing experiences I have had a watch store, especially for a store that carries higher end luxury watches. Their service really misses the mark. Definitely one of the more snooty watch stores. I really recommend you go to an AD in south coast or any of the other Chinese owned ones in the area. If you have to buy something here, this would be my advice: 1. Negotiate. If you are not getting 15-20% off the list price for non-waitlist watches (ex: speedmaster), they are making a killing off you. No one buys watches anywhere close to retail price here. If they aren’t willing to move on prices, go somewhere else. 2. Don’t get any of your watches serviced here. Their in-house watch experts have very little experience and I have heard one too many stories of them messing up expensive watches. If they recommend sending the watch back to the manufacturer, don’t do it with them. They will mark up 20-30%. Go somewhere else or send watch directly yourself."
