"Please please, to anyone looking to buy any rings or jewelry be careful this location may appear to show big disscounts and affordable financing but in the end is all a scam! I have purchased two rings and since the start I've been having issues. The first time I went to pick up my rings fitted to my size there was 7 diamonds missing, how are you going to hand over a set of rings without checking them first. Every time I would take the set for 3 month cleaning and inspection I'm getting my rings back without diamonds. I was told very clearly from ( Carlos ) himself if you continue to have issues ill refund you or exchange the ring for you. Which I was happy about I go into the location today, and I asked for the new ring he says okay total will be 1,815. With the trade in. We NEVER talked about a trade in, he agreed he would exchange the ring set for me his easy way out was just up selling me a new ring. May I include I've asked for my diamond certification since my fiancé bought my engagement ring and the certification seriously looks printed from an online image. Im not being given a refund nor an exchange at this point. He is no longer being "hold responsible for there mistakes and lazy work" so please to anyone looking to purchase here PLEASE don't. I will be reporting to South Bays Management as well as MOZZAFIATO JEWELERS OWNER."

"I bought a ring from this place and was told it would take about two days to a week to not only receive the ring but to have it sized and shaped to match my engagement ring. This was 8/30/21(I’ve fully paid it off in cash on the initial day). I called and went by on numerous occasions and was given excuses after the excuses. It’s now 10/24/21 and they still haven’t finished with my purchased ring nor given me my engagement ring back. As soon as I receive the rings, I will be taking it in to get checked to make sure that they didn’t steal any diamonds. This will be the best lawsuit if they continue with this unprofessional behavior. If you’re thinking of coming to this place, please think again. Not worth my time nor energy. Or at least have an attorney ready for their shady dealings ****update**It’s 11/1/21 and I still don’t have my ring."
