"Placed a deposit on a product, was told several times it wasn't ready. After returning post pandemic and post rebuild, I was charged double and a refusal to refund my deposit. I don't know about anyone else but most jewelers I've gone to, work on a trust basis and try to earn my future business, this place is extremely untrustworthy and do not recommend doing business with them. Unless of course you want to get scammed."
"I have been coming to Jewels on Wilshire for ten years. Pawned several antique pieces, watches, rings and earrings. They do custom jewelry work with earrings and all jewelry with extreme accuracy. Excellent job with jewelry cleaning and experts with doing professional appraisals. They have excellent selection of watches and many rolexes with very great prices. I send all my friends there to pick up gifts and do so myself for many years. I highly recommend them for all jewelry needs!"
