"I used Elegant for the first and last time. They brought back my clothes in one large plastic bag. My blue jeans were still wet, and my white sheets and towels smelled musty, as if they had been stored in a less than clean space. I had 20 lbs of clothes and paid $42.75. For that amount of money I expected clean dry clothes and got neither. My laundry room is being repaired, when it is complete, I will have to wash everything all over again. I am disgusted."
