"Ok, I just had my car done a few hours ago and I have to write a review and talk about my experience with BioSweep because I am extremely pleased. It's not often that a product or service delivers a perfect 100% on your expectations. It's even less often that the experience goes beyond that, which mine did. My wife and I just purchased a used car which had a bit of a smokey smell to it. I tried one of those Turtle Wax car odor eliminator bombs and all it did was mingle an unpleasant perfume with the already unpleasant smoke smell, but for $7 it was worth a try. I did some research and found companies that pulled out your seats and shampooed or steam cleaned the carpets and ceiling and I was looking for a company that did that specifically when I came across BioSweep on Google. They had good reviews and I did some research on the technology and was skeptical but intrigued. The cost was comparable to the other companies that washed with soap and water and they had a guarantee so I figured that I had nothing to lose. The owner showed up at my place with his truck and equipment. He first sprayed and washed the seats, then set up the machine which emits ozone and hydrogen peroxide that apparently break up or destroy the scent particles. It sounds a little too good to be true, after all, my Turtle Wax bomb said it permanently destroyed odors as well. Anyway, it took about 2 hours and I had an awesome conversation with the owner, he's a family man and an all-around great guy. After everything was done, I stuck my head in the window and gave the car a sniff and I couldn't believe it, the smokey smell was gone! Seriously, like no trace at all and I'm pretty sensitive to it, I get headaches from it. I paid him the very reasonable fee for such incredible results and had to go sit in the car afterwards because I still couldn't believe how well it worked. He had me leave the windows down to let it air out. There is a tiny bit of a smell afterwards that is hard to describe, it isn't gross or chemically, it's a bit of a dry kind of smell, but he said this goes away entirely after a few days but we'll see. I just went to pick up my daughter at the bus stop and it's been about 3 hours or so and that already faint smell has gone down probably 50%. I left the windows down as I drove and that knocked it down some more. When my daughter got in, she opened the door and sat down and before even closing the door she said, "Wow, you got rid of the smell, huh?" So she noticed it instantly. I rolled up the windows as we both drove back repeatedly smelling the air and marveling how there is just no smoke smell at all. That's my review. This solution works extremely well for vehicles so I couldn't recommend BioSweep higher. Again, the owner is a great guy and deserves your business, I am very critical of products and services and I am just thrilled with this service and I'd totally call them again and will be recommending them to family and friends."
