"If you have pets, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We spent the entire morning getting ready for our cleaning just to be baited and switched into an optional service. We have used this same company in the past with no issues and they normally ask if we want the extra service. We already received our estimate over the phone without the extra service and were ready. This time the associate was basically forcing us to get a service we didn’t want done. In the end we will never use this company again."
