"Very deceptive they quote you $79 basic price for one room, steam and water. There's additional fees of stains soap and chemical which came up to $250. These fly by night Carpet cleaners are deceiving people with their specials and once they get in your house they kind of have you at their mercy because you've moved everything around. They give you a sale price over the phone and then when they get to your house it's a different story and it kind of trick you into getting extra stuff that you really don't need."
