"Against my better judgment we used Coit for duct cleaning. I was immediately disappointed to find out that they do not use a truck mounted machine to clear our ducts. My husband has had great service in the past with Coit but I’ve had mediocre service. Decided to let my husband decide and he chose to go ahead with the service. During the process, instead of moving our furniture out of the way or ask us to move it, he worked over it and broke a $500 lamp which is irreplaceable since it’s now 20 years old. It was purchased in a specialty store and the designer has now moved up to larger scale projects in Canada. Coit offered $50 because we couldn’t provide a receipt. Safe to say that we will not be choosing Coit again."

"Worked with Darren and Wilson. They were AMAZING. I had observed insulation and dust blowing through my vents, so I scheduled COIT to clean. They came out, inspected the vents, and helped me identify next steps on how to fix with my installation company. Charged me nothing! But, offered to keep same pricing for next 90 days if my installation company was not able to clean out the vents after repair. I was SO THANKFUL! Will 100% request these two techs in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"They came out and gave us an estimate to clean the upstairs carpets, kitchen tiles & counter tops and tile floor in three bathrooms and counter top in one bathroom. He also included the polishing of our downstairs wood floors in the quote. The technician showed up a few days later and cleaned carpets only, stating he didn't have the equipment to do the rest of the items quoted, but explained thoroughly what was going to be done. The next week a different technician showed up and said he could not honor the written quote as the initial estimate was wrong. He made a phone call and came back with an adjusted price, which we agreed on. He worked on the three bathroom floors to clean the tile and grout then worked on a small area of the wood floors only to say it was leaving a haze and he could do it satisfactorily so he stopped. We are very disappointed and will not do business with COIT again."
