"Had my suit jacket dry cleaned they did a good job but the price was too high and I had to wait about 4 days for them to finish the job."
"Horrible Horrible service. Please do not bring your important items hear to be tailored. I took a full length dress to be hemmed. No lining or lace or difficult material to work with. Just a simple full length dress that needed a 2 in hem. $45 to hem the dress, which I think was an over charge. But oh well I needed it done for an out of town wedding I was attending. I go to pick up my dress and they turned a full length dress into a cocktail dress. No exaggeration. It was supposed to dust the floor, it was at my knees. Luckily, I checked it before I packed. I went back and the seamstress said she kept the material and could so it back on??? This dress is a solid color with no design or pattern to hide this error. The seamstress was able to add it back on, but I hate it. I have no time to get another dress. No apology, either time I went back. It's not like I wore the wrong shoes when it was being pinned and it was a little off. I had a totally different dress. Then I asked for a discount and he said I had already gave you a discount. I said you ruined my dress. He hands me a five dollar bill."
"Still can't get the remaining pieces of clothing that are still there. Picked up clothes not realizing that there were some missing. No one answers the phone This place should be looked into, they do not answer the phone at all!"
"Will reclean your item over and over causing streching of you item , discoloraton of your item. This Cleaners will refuse to discount or make right when they have admittly damaged an item. The Owner seems overtly friendly til they make a mistake an will not work to rectify ."
