"I would never go back to this place, I always ask from cleaners how much they charge for cleaning before I give them my cloths, I asked how much it would cost me for dry cleaning, she said $15. The reason I asked because you never know how much cleaner charge you. Then when I picked up she charged me $25. I said but you told me $15. she said no I did, I told you $25, you are mistaking and everything is getting more expensive. What could I have done in this situation, I just paid but I give her business 1 star. The business has to be loyal to customer."

"The worst! This place ruined my designer coat and after trying to fix it and failing, they offered me a free item to dry clean. When I came to pick up the item, they said that they wouldn’t cover the whole item and still charged me half! My coat is completely unwearable and reneging in their offer is completely unprofessional. Avoid this place at all cost."

"Wow! Avoid this place at all costs! We dropped off a lot of dry cleaning to be done including a nice wool jacket. When we went to pick everything up they could not find our order. I eventually saw it in the back of the store. The owner said that a belt buckle on my jacket broke in their dry cleaning machine and she hadn't found a new one to replace it with yet. We left with the rest of our dry cleaning. When my husband went to pick up the belt she had replaced the black buckle with a cheap rose gold/silver buckle. The jacket is black and cream colored but this replacement was cheap and didn't go with the coat. We asked her to find a black one. After 3-4 weeks without hearing anything back from her my husband decided he would start calling her daily until we got it back. She complained to him on the phone that they could not find a buckle. He recommended she try Amazon and she said she hadn't thought of that. She finally replaced the buckle. When my husband went to pick it up he asked if she considered refunding the dry cleaning cost for the jacket. She said no turned and walked away from him and told him to enjoy his new cleaners. She was rude, unhelpful, and could care less about her customers. With so many dry cleaning choices out there don't bother with Antoine's. It's not worth giving business to someone who doesn't value customer satisfaction or customer service."

"Great family business. I have been taking my clothes here for years and have never had one problem. Always great quality pressing especially for my work uniforms. I don't plan on changing my dry cleaners anytime soon. Thanks for always doing your best professional work. It shows"
