"Be sure to hire BNK Chem-Dry!!!! This owner invested in the Truck Mount Cleaner!!! A world of difference compared to other ChemDrys who use a portable cleaner! It does not have the proper suction to clean!!! Trust me I’ve used BNK for 9 yrs! I recently used Brown’s ChemDry and my carpet became more stained, discolored and smelt bad!! Customer Service was good but their equipment does not do the job like BNK does!!! The other local ChemDry will only disappoint you and your carpet!!"
"This is our second time using bnk and we will definitely be calling them again in 12-18 months when we do our next carpet cleaning. The techs are super knowledgeable, kind, and courteous and do a super thorough job. We had two spots where my kids had gotten a sticky candy stuck in the carpet and another where they’d spilled soap and they took extra care and got it out without any issues."
