"I took 2 pants to get altered and for a button to get replaced on a pair of jeans. After waiting several days, I went to pick up and they forgot to add button. Waited several more days because they said they would add button. Went back and still no button. I asked for a refund and they didn't want to refund my $7 and asked that I give them one more day to add button, I agreed. Went back and they did add button but it was a plastic button like from a shirt. I said metal buttons go on jeans and then they said they don't do metal buttons. Needless to say I took my jeans and will not return to this place of business. When you pay for something it should be done right."
