"When I first started my partnership with Steve back in 2021, I was happy with the services. As we moved through the last couple of years, he's been unreliable and even though the idea of cleaning your cans is a good one and he has a great product to offer, his unreliability hinders partnerships. He can't even return a simple text message. Example, there have been 7 events that I've confirmed appointments in which he never shows, I text him and nothing. It's not only until I continue to bug that I get excuses from him like "oh I was sick" or "there was a glitch in the reservation syste. As a business man myself, I understand things happen but I would never just completely ignore my clients. Again, the product is good and the value is great, but the ownership is a deal breaker and quite frankly unacceptable."

"Got our first service today. We were blown away by how utterly clean and spotless the cans turned out. They spray the cans with a cleaning solution after they're clean, and they smelled so fresh. Justin was so nice, he brought our cans up the driveway when he finished."

"I'm really trying to give my business to this company, but twice my appointments have been canceled without notice, then rescheduled without notice.. Hmmm. The only reason I know is when my bins are dirty and still sitting on the curb the day they are supposed to be cleaned. Gonna see how my next rescheduled appointment goes and maybe I can update my review. I really am trying bc normally I would have canceled the service and found another company."

"I was apprehensive on adding this service with the inflated prices of food, gas and goods… but I decided to give it a go. I’m so happy with the quality of service provided, and couldn’t believe my cans actually smelled good when I collected them! The trash company (CR&R was even a day late picking up our last can, and Temecula Valley Clean can kept coming by to check to make sure they were all emptied.) Steve even called me with updates! Wow, just wow! All the guys did such a thorough job & in 102 degree heat! I am so happy I signed up for a monthly service. I have way better piece of mind now, knowing TVCC is keeping my cams clean and free of pests. Taking the trash out will be a lot more enjoyable from here on out!"
