"I took my coat a month ago to have it dry cleaned. Yesterday, I was going to wear my coat for the first time since I had it cleaned at this location. This is when I noticed that the belt for my coat was missing. I went there to see if they have it. All they told me was that I took my coat without the belt. All lies. I always take my coats to have them clean with my belt on it. I’m so disappointed. Partly I’m mad at my self for trusting them so blindly that I never before check my clothes when they return them to me. My advice to you all is check your clothes and take pictures of them before you drop them at this place. Always check them when you pick them up as well. I’m so disappointed in them. I been using them for years and for them to just not admit that this is their mistake is upsetting."
"1/2024 EDIT: stats removed - the last suit I sent came back with stains not removed. So disappointing as I really used to like them. I'll be looking for a new place for both cleaners and alterations. 11/2023 EDIT: taking 2 stars off - the lady who used to do alterations is gone and my last alterations were not as good. Original: Easy to work with reasonable prices for alterations and dry cleaning. She really fixed my concerns with alterations of my pants without the extra cost."
"Ruining a dress and not taking responsibility for it is unacceptable. If the fabric was "not good" as the reason was given, why would you have attempted to clean it. Very poor service"
"Jeans had smudges on them. The black ones came back super faded and they tried to tell me it’s cause the company of Levi’s messed up the ink that’s why the Jeans got faded. Then proceeded to tell me to buy new ones!! As if Levi’s are $5?! The issue was not resolved and it’s unsettling!!"
