"The owner/operator was very easy to talk to and explained what I could expect from getting the rug cleaned and how long it will take. On top of it, he also provided me with detailed information about the types of rugs and how they are made. Moreover, he told me that my rug was a Turkish hand made rug and appraised the value. I was pleasantly very surprised that I had a very valuable rug. I can't remember what was the relative dating of it. He also added a strip of pocket at the back of the rug because I wanted to hang it instead of having it walked on. When I took my rug to him, it was absolutely dirty from years of just hanging on the wall, never been taken down or washed. Look at the picture attached! It looks great! It is very clean. I am not embarrassed to show it off and let people get a close look or even touch it. SoCal Rug Masters did a superb job getting this diamond on the rough into a show piece on my wall! They are a pro!"
