"Have had them for years, and honestly, I just assumed they were doing what was needed while I left a check each month. Had some suspicions things weren’t right going right for a while, but no time to deal with it. Then got the Ring at the end of last year, which confirmed that some weeks, no one even showed up. After came covid, and with being at the house all day, found that even when Ernie, who my work got transferred to who knows when, did come, barely anything was done, literally less than 5 min so I couldn’t even get out to catch him. So, after many tries to reach someone, had a talk and got lots of defensive answers that made no sense plus no real apology, and then no showed again for several weeks with no response until I finally got a text reply that they discontinued my service. Just like that. Got a new pool guy who told me the filter is completely ruined, probably due to no care for years, and the spa has dirt embedded in the plaster along with algae. Had asked a year or two before about that too as the plaster never looked clean-was told it was stains, but turns out, that wasn’t the case and means it really hadn’t been brushed and vacuumed at all. Could have had a new spa with the money wasted on maintenance for years. Such a shame as a company to take advantage like that and for so long, but I also take this as my lesson to do my due diligence in the future."
