"We had subterranean water intrusion through retaining wall in August. Quick dams were in place and stopped major flood. There was still some water that seeped pass the flood barriers. I was out of the country on vacation and was not able to dry the affected areas immediately. Upon my return from vacation, I was concerned of possible mold in the walls and floor and called several companies to give me an estimate on needed repairs.
