"Recently dropped off an Irish Wool sweater to be cleaned at this cleaner. It came back toddler size, they said they could fix it, waited 2 weeks and still toddler size, at this point he told us shrinkage is natural with a first wash, I understand but it went from adult to toddler size, brand new sweater. The only resolution offered was a refund for the dry cleaning and nothing more for the ruined sweater. Please do not use this place, terrible customer service if there is a problem."

"Messed up the press on my military uniform twice. They were super nice, so I figured I'd give them another shot, but the third time it came back with the press wrong again along with white specks all over the uniform. Not a good look for dark blue. I wont bring my uniform back, but for everyone else, maybe they do regular clothes fine."
