"Silver was honest and effective, without any up selling. Just opposite of the last plumber, who didn't unclog the kitchen sink. We paid Rooter Solutions their come-on price of $54 (a waste of money as the drain clogged up again within two days) after they tried to increase the price from that and then up sell a $1,000+ service we did not need. Anyway, Silver unclogged the same drain with the same clog and gets top marks."

"OWNER SCOTT AND CREW NEED A LESSON IN BUSINESS 101 AND PLUMBING 101. RIP OFF ARTIST AND TOTAL CON MAN! I am a business owner in Oak View and needed immediate service on my Water Heater due to my business. Made the call and immediately informed me off hours $350 just to drive out, not including parts and repair, if needed. I said "no problem, happy to pay!" First so called plumber Tech came out had no idea what was wrong, he called another so called plumber Chris and he said over the phone it needed a $500 part without even a diagnosis. Told me over $1100 to fix. Again, I was happy to pay, since this is a business in need of hot water for my guest. Next day comes, same problem and Chris told me over the phone it would be another part cost $800, I told him ok but let me call another Plumber and get a 2nd opinion. Donlon Plumbing came out and immediately did the job and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. Charged me less then $130. I THINK THERE IDIOTS IMO, but I have to believe they knew what they were doing and intentionally ignored the real issue and go for the money, since I was in dire need. They FOUND A WEAKNESS AND CLEARLY EXPLOITED IT FOR THERE OWN PERSONAL GAIN...hence the scam and con happening. Scott and crew take advantage of people and businesses for there own personal gain. He has no business ethics and clearly has 0 integrity.. Beware of this ENTIRE company Scott and crew! There the type of people you stay away from in general and in everyday life. These guys would attempt to sell you a sweater in below freezing weather only for 1000's of dollars and watch you freeze to death if you don't have it! Scott"

"My AC compressor broke on a day when temps hit 108° and it was a Saturday, no less. I thought for sure I was screwed. I had used Silver Plumbing just a week earlier to replace my tankless hot water heater but had no idea they worked on AC units, so I put an "emergency call" into another local HVAC company who, to this day, has not returned it. After a few hours of sitting in the heat, and still no call back, I tried Silver -- because hope springs eternal. I got an answer right away. "Do you service air conditioners?" I asked. "Yes!" was the answer. I could not believe my luck! Scott was out in the field on another call but was at my house within the next hour, and fixed it. I am happily sitting in my comfortable air-conditioned home right now. I cannot recommend these guys enough; I am so happy they are right here in Ojai."
