"Owner refused to continue cleaning my husband's jackets and shirts. He said they were too dirty and time-consuming. I offered to pay more for his time and explained that my husband has cancer and feeds himself through a stomach tube. The liquid food is messy and gets on his clothes. I told him the stains were not blood, urine, or feces, just liquid nutrition. He then said he didn't want to clean the clothes because he was afraid of "catching" something and getting sick! I told him you don't catch cancer. He still refused. Amazing the ignorance displayed."

They were ready when they stated they would be and hanging by the front door ready to go. Even down sold me on having them pressed because I was traveling for the wedding. "Dropped off 4 professional suits for cleaning. Went in to pick them up and three of them had linings that were a camoflouge color. Left them to be corrected. Went back two hours later and the linings were treated in some fashion that left them a light tan color. Original colors were dark black and blue. One dark blue, pin-striped suit was ordered from Men's Wearhouse as an exact match to 89 others for a singing group but ours supposedly was the only one that had a tan lining. Outside material was drawn up and puckered. Try wearing that to your business meetings the next day. Oh! by the way, it was somehow our fault this happened."
