"Update 2022: We gave Sabrina our 2021 tax documents in March and she told us that she’d be filing an extension because she was backed up with other clients, which was understandable since we got them to her later than usual. She filed the extension and then completely ghosted us. She did the same to my parents and others we know who used her services—we were told by a mutual friend that she had just up and closed shop, taking people’s pre-paid money with her. We spent the next several months trying to get in touch with her but never heard back. We finally gave up and went elsewhere for our taxes. So classless. Glad we didn’t pay in advance. My husband and I have been going to Sabrina to have our taxes prepared for a few years and she always goes above and beyond to ensure things are accurate and done efficiently. Last year my husband tried to do our own taxes because it seemed simpler, but it was done incorrectly so we went to Sabrina to amend everything for us.
