"Sam is the best jeweler in Northern CA. I live in the CA Bay Area and drive to Ybarra's for all our jewelry needs and wants. I have been going to Sam since 1994 when I was a college student with no money; he treated me like his best customer even when I had to buy things on a payment plan. Today, Sam creates unique pieces for me. He custom made my 7+ carat wedding ring (pictured) he even made me a 21 carat amethyst ring that gets gasps and compliments everytime I wear it!
