"do not take your jewelry their. Javier is there jeweler and does repair for a small rinkadink mexican jewelry at West Valley mall. Took my Akoya Pearl Bracelet 14kt with diamonds to restring repair double knot. Javier replaced my Akoya japan pearls with cheap pearls. As if I would not know. Don Roberto gave me his number. and for me to deal with it."
"Horrible customer service. My sons gold bracelet we've had for about 6 months, 3 of those months its been in the repair shop due to POOR engravement and POOR quality. I've made every payment on time, even for the months he did not get to wear the bracelet. When the bracelet broke, instead of replacing the broken ring they put the same ring back on the bracelet to break again. instead of trying to help make me happy, they say I can purchase another bracelet for more money and pay the difference. They should try to be making me believe that the quality of the bracelet is worth $400 but they are not. Definitely do not purchase anything from them"
