"We have had a half dozen carpet cleaners since we moved here. None can match the results we got with Coastal Carpet. This is not a revolving-door franchise but a family business for 35 years. My teens and their friends had blessed our carpet with pizza, cola, tacos, assorted condiments and dirt stains. A recent family addition of a 2nd cat has led to house-wide marking battles. Other cleaners shook their heads, stating that some stains are just going to remain. John got them out. A utility room converted to bedroom has an industrial carpet with stains that were there when we moved in. These stains are 10 years old. JOHN GOT THEM OUT. Rather than, as others, espousing the virtues of their clandestine proprietary carpet cleaning formula, John volunteered many tips on DIY carpet cleaning, using household (cheap) products that work better than expensive name brand solutions.
