"I went to pick up my dry cleaning, I was missing 2 pillows so I ask them where they were & was told that they keep everything but due to my phone being disconnected they “donated” 2 out of 8 pillows (The 2 most costly items) to Goodwill. I find that very unprofessional and hard to believe. They wouldn’t return my calls when I asked where they were they kept telling me they are here somewhere we will call you later today but I never received a call finally upon going in I was told they were “donated” (after all that runaround and lies) I have never had a problem with my Items being lost or “donated” with any other dry cleaners. They are unprofessional, liars and I believe they kept my pillowed for their personal home decor or lost them and did not want to take responsibility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT SOME OF YOUR ITEMS “DONATED” TO THE GOODWILL OR THEIR HOME."

"Paid to get my toggle button coat cleaned. When arrive at home realized it was ruined. As if they had put an iron through each toggle and it had burned off. It had been cleaned before at watsonville cleaners and this had never happened. When called person said I had been warned and when I said no we were not she insisted I we were lying."
