"I brought in a custom hand made quilt for cleaning. They sealed it up in a bag while still wet so, of course, it mildewed. I brought it back asking that they take care of it. They took care of it, all right - they used harsh chemicals that faded all the colors. Were they willing to pay for their mistake? Heck no. The guy kept complaining about what it cost him to try to clean it. And in an ultimate insult, he "offered" to give me the quilt, which I already owned, plus less than half what I paid for it."
