"This place ruined my daughter's prom dress. They were supposed to alter it. They didn't finish it on time. Then when they did finish it the day of the prom, they took it in too far and cut the lining so it couldn't be let back out. $300 dress ruined. Then they wouldn't refund the alteration fee. Incompetent greedy bastard ruined my daughter's junior prom."
