"Made an appointment 2 weeks prior with R12 to ensure a solid cleaning date. Shane showed up 2 (two) hours late. Did not have a ladder and complained of the pitch of my roof being too steep. I reminded him we had discussed these two topics when we booked the appointment. Shane proceeded to complain about branches close to roof line and wanted to increase the cost of the original bid. At that point I terminated the appointment. Too busy, too sloppy, too greedy."
