"I’ve had multiple bad experiences where I’ve received broken jewelry from Gorjana. The first time, I bought a 24k gold necklace. The clasp looked a little deformed but I trusted that Gorjana was a good company and wouldn’t sell me anything broken so I wore the necklace. The next day I couldn’t find it even when I searched my whole house with a metal detector. It fell off because the clasp was not working correctly."
