"I have been used their service since I moved to Los Gatos. But I am afraid this is last time I visit this store. My pant got a quite massive stain which they said there was no 100% guarantee that the stain can be removed, which I totally understood. However,they charged $110 for 2 coats and 1 pant which was a lot higher than my last visit. And they acted that I was being unreasonable when I asked them why they raise the price. What’s worse, my pant was faded after the dry cleaning this time. And they insisted that what they double checked with me was that they can’t guarantee the pant wouldn’t fade after the dry cleaning."

"The clothing is cleaned well, but... I am allergic to fragrances. I never use any kind of perfume. However, my clothing, and a comforter, that had cleaned at this place has come back with such strong perfume fragrance that I can't use them. I am having a very difficult time getting the smell out of hundreds of dollars worth of items. I called to ask if they can avoid using fragrances, and they told me that they don't use them. The woman I spoke with became very defensive, and tried to indicate that the smell came from somewhere else. The thing is, my clothes didn't have the smell before I brought them there, and they did after I brought them there, and this happened more than once. There is only one place they could have picked up the smell, and that is at Orchid Cleaners, which can no longer count me as a customer."
