"If you are a current or prospective customer who cares at all about the items you are getting cleaned, altered, or repaired, then go somewhere else. Note that ownership has changed, this place was wonderful under the previous owners, but the new ownership & staff DOES NOT handle items with any care or care at all about their customers. The new owners & staff are happy to take your money while destroying your items in the process & then will place the blame on you to take zero responsibility. Long story short, they damaged my item, said they would come to a resolution & that "resolution" was to blame it on me, claim they never cleaned it in the first place, all while wasting my time in the process. There are 15+ other dry cleaners in the area, trust me, take your items anywhere but here."

"Great customer service. Clothes are cleaned well and turnaround time is much better than last cleaners. Highly recommend! I just want to add that I’ve been frequenting this dry cleaners for a couple of years now and they are always pleasant and helpful. But what astounds me is how rude and self righteous some of the customers are to them. It’s astonishing to me that people treat others this way. This is a great business and bless them for dealing with some of these outrageous customers…..a true gem in our neighborhood!"
"Had a handful of suits (jackets, pants, dress shirts, and ties), that needed to be cleaned thoroughly. I was able to set up an account with Walnut Creek Cleaners very easily and showed any special spots that I was concerned about. The staff helped me with which services would be best, were very kind and patient in any questions I had, and provided a realistic and honest turn around time. Everything received back was perfect and even helped me carry my items to my car as I had a few handfuls. I just found my go-to spot and have really enjoyed coming back."
