Moraga Clean-X-Press

"I got several items dry cleaned here and believe they’re fine (will check later and update) which is why a 2 star. But mainly a 1 star in my book because I recently got an extremely nice jacket dry cleaned here (which has been dry cleaned multiple times before without issue) and my jacket has shrunk. Although I can gain weight, my arms aren’t growing any longer and I’m not getting any taller so 100% it has shrunk. As you can see in the photo, the back of the jacket is so uneven with the front as the front is a different material and can’t shrink. I’m extremely disappointed by this and by the workmanship here. Use this review to evaluate your processes because this definitely shouldn’t have happened. I expected better with the numerous good reviews and the high prices."
