"1 star for dishonesty and predatory pricing practices. My first time, i was charged a staggering $60 to dry clean 1 chiffon dress last year. More than half of what the dress cost. I feel like at that price, they should disclose at drop off or at least make a phone call. It was naive of me to give them a 2nd chance. This time, I asked upfront about the price, and they quoted $11 for a jacket. However, upon pickup, the bill read $21. When I confronted the lady upfront, she nonchalantly attributed it to a "luxury item" charge. So I was charged more upon pick up. This is totally deceptive as I could have been told a price range. I thrifted that jacket for $30 and would never have left it there had I known their true pricing scheme. Response to the owner's response: The level of manipulation that the 'CEO' tried to spin this around is crazy. To clarify, this cleaner is 5 minutes from where I live so that is why I gave it a second chance. They do not disclose that dry cleaning 'luxury' garments have come with additional costs. Unfortunately the jacket I dropped off was the lower end sister brand of a luxury brand so no excuse to over charge. The owner insinuated that I am inept in their comments so I felt the need to post pickup receipt. This business is not a customer service oriented business."

"Country club cleaners is my go to cleaner for the last 21 years. They are professional. They are courteous. They are consistent, and they are consistent. And a few occasions when we had incidents, the owner has always been responsive and fair. The other door service has been very consistent and the drivers have always been polite."

"BEST SERVICE ON THE PLANET. Just a HUGE time-saver, especially because I don’t have a washer and dryer at home. The cost is beyond reasonable for the wash&fold service plus they pick up & drop off all within 24-hours to my home which is in a rural area. I can’t even get mail as easily & efficiently as CCC does my laundry. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Every time I’ve done a pick up (5+ times) has been perfect and haven’t had to think twice about it. Amazing company & customer service."
